If you feel like you don’t have time to workout this week, here is YOUR challenge. YES, it can be done in the kitchen!!
(1) Wide arm push ups
(2) Close arm push ups – keep elbows by your side so it works your tricep
(3) Squats – lower to 90 degree and keep weight in heels
3 days this week — Ex: Monday, Wednesday, Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
