I thought it would be helpful to create a resource page where you can come for your health, fitness, self-care and lifestyle needs. These are some of my favorites and I will update this page on a regular basis with new products and programs I enjoy. I recommend bookmarking it for your convenience.

Shakeology: The health of your body and mind is crucial to your long-term quality of life. Shakeology is a meal replacement and supplement that I drink daily to feel my best.

5-Day Plank Challenge: I love plank exercises because they work multiple muscles, help improve core strength and can be done at home. Protein Powder: Our family loves this and it’s good for an on-the-go-athlete. Recover takes advantage of the critical post-workout window and helps combat exercise-induced muscle soreness, speed muscle recovery, support muscle growth, and restore your strength.

PB2: This is a great substitute for Peanut Butter because it has less fat calories than traditional peanut butter. Add it to your smoothies and shakes.
